In other news, as I headed out this morning in the 87 I noticed an abandoned vehicle sticker on the 85. To be fair, I hadn't moved it in weeks. So this evening I went out, scraped all the snow off of it, got it started (which required a jump; it has an electrical problem of some kind that I haven't had the money to think about fixing. I currently have custody of both of the company trucks. One (the white one) is not worth the company's time and money to repair, but is generally in good shape. It will be disposed of as soon as the company can get a duplicate title, because no one can find the title. So after sitting all winter, I got the 85 running yesterday afternoon. It still has the loud exhaust problem, and all the paperwork is expired (I took it off the insurance a while ago, it has no 2010 city sticker, and the plates expired 31 March). But it runs again ( Read more... )
